PreNatal & Couples Yoga

Aiko Terao

Aiko Terao started her Yoga practice in the late 90’s. Her curiosity and passion for all schools of Yoga inspired her to develop into a teaching role in 2005 when she worked with various Community Centers in Spokane to facilitate volunteer fitness classes incorporating Yoga and guided meditation. To expand her personal practice and build a strong foundation as an instructor, Aiko completed her 200 hour teacher training in 2008. During that time, she specialized in Prenatal Yoga to guide her own journey into motherhood while helping new mothers physically and mentally prepare for child birth. This quickly transitioned into facilitating Partner Yoga workshops to build on interpersonal connections with family and friends. Over the last decade, she has worked with various Yoga  studios and volunteer organizations including the YWCA and East Central Community Center. Aiko’s contagious love of life, laughter and Yoga is evident from the moment you step into one of her classes.
