RESTORATIVE YOGA WORKSHOPS

Join Yoga Teacher and Mental Health Therapist, Amanda Manning, for a Restorative Yoga Retreat designed to help you rest, restore, relax and release. This workshop will combine meditation, journaling, group discussion, and an hour long restorative yoga practice to prepare you for the rest and relaxation you need and deserve. All you need to bring is a journal, a pen, some water, and a mat if you have one. No mat? No problem. We have them available for you to use at the studio.

Join Yoga teacher Brooke Carpenter for prenatal yoga classes designed to prepare your mind and body for birth. Through building a community of mothers through a fifteen minute sharing time and a strengthening mind-body hour long yoga practice, you will learn techniques and gain strength as you prepare to meet your new little one. No mat? No problem! We have mats and props available for you to use at the studio. (Adults only)
Baby n' Me Yoga

Join Yoga teacher Brooke Carpenter in creating a community of parents centered around health and wellness through the practice of yoga. Doing yoga with your baby is not only a time where you can focus on your own self-care, but also a time where you can connect and play with your baby. Through little kisses, tickles, and giggles, both parent and child will grow stronger and closer together through the mindful practice of yoga. Bring a blanket, diaper bag, bottle, etc. to be comfortable caring for your baby; and don’t forget water for yourself! Mats and props will be available at the studio, but always feel free to bring your own. The practice will start with a 15 minute check in time and then transition into 45 minutes of partner yoga with your baby (0-12mo).
Amanda Manning brings a gentle practice to our studio that combines vinyasa flow with restorative poses held for a longer period of time. Warm up your body and then dive deeper into stretches. This practice will strengthen the body and mind.

A 30 minute weekly invitation to begin your day checking in with the your sacred being. Through this journey, we will explore breath to ignite our passions and ground us within our bodies. While each class will bring in elements of meditation, journaling and embodiment practices, each person will be given the opportunity to check in with themselves and the group.
